Vinification
Destemming of grapes. Wine making under control of temperature. Long maceration from
30 to 35 days. Assembly after malo-lactic fermentation. Breeding in tub and
barrels during 6 months. Bottling 18 months after the grape harvests.
Tasting
Crystal-clear and
shiny colour in the nuances red cherry. Rich and powerful scents
with notes of red fruits, cherry, raspberry, of roasted and vanilla-flavoured
finale. The palate is ample and rich with silky tanins. Lenght in
mouth on notes of blackberry and black currant.
