Vinification
Destemming of grapes. Wine making under control of temperature. Long maceration from 30 to 35 days. Assembly after malo-lactic fermentation. Breeding in tub and barrels during 6 months. Bottling 18 months after the grape harvests.

Tasting
Crystal-clear and shiny colour in the nuances red cherry. Rich and powerful scents with notes of red fruits, cherry, raspberry, of roasted and vanilla-flavoured finale. The palate is ample and rich with silky tanins. Lenght in mouth on notes of blackberry and black currant. 

Gastronomy
Red meats, gratins

 

 

 

 

The assembly of old vines is brought up in barrels of Bordeaux.
