Vinification
Destemming of grapes. Wine making under control of temperature. Long maceration from 25 to 30 days. Assembly after malo-lactic fermentation. Breeding in tub and barrels. Bottling 10 months after the grape harvests.

Tasting
Wine tinted toward garnet with the purplish reflections of a big depth. Concentrated scents, crystallized red fruits, blackberry, bilberry, finale of black currant. The palate is rich and well-structured with notes of black currant of a good amplitude and a vanilla-flavoured finale. Present but very fine tanins.

Gastronomy 
Game, stew, spiced flats.

 

 

 

 

 

The tint of the vine Alicante gives its typicité to the wine.
