Grape varieties
Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah.
Area : 3 ha.

Vinification 
Short maceration. Wine making under control of temperature 18 °. Breeding in tub then bottling from the lees. 

Tasting
Bright and indescent colour. Soft and lively pink in the reflections of silvers. Rich and complex scents, with aromas of flowers whites, jasmine and magnolia. The palate is round and well-structured with a cool attack and notes of currants and raspberry. Finale is long and harmonious on iodized notes. 

Gastronomy
Fishes, shellfish,  grilled meat.

 

 

 

The first juices, often the best, are separately processed into wine to give this rosé of typicity and delightful  freshness.
