Vinification
Destemming during grape harvests. Wine making by grappe varieties under control of
temperature. Maceration from 25 to 30 days. Assembly after malo-lactic
fermentation. Breeding in vat. Bottling 10 months after the grape harvests.
Tasting
Color ruby, purple in the reflections garnet, beautiful brilliancy. Fine
scents with fruity dominant: red fruits, cherries. Aromas of final and cold roasting,
coffee slightly liquoriced.
